Attic Truss Roof System
Attic trusses are great for a little extra storage upstairs with a 7'4" average room height and 12' to 14' room width. Attic trusses are available starting at an 8/12 pitch or greater.
Common Truss Roof System
Common trusses are the most common of truss designs. Also available at a much lower pitch than attic trusses but offers no storage.
Gambrel Truss Roof System
Gambrel trusses offer the most storage upstairs with 8' ceilings upstairs and room widths up to 18'. This system is a great idea for upstairs apartments, game rooms etc.
